Consumer dispute resolution
Linnx offers the Service exclusively to entrepreneurs within the meaning of § 14 BGB and not to consumers within the meaning of § 13 BGB.
Linnx is neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board within the meaning of § 36 VSBG.
