Settings
Account settings live under your Profile, across six tabs.
Tabs
Profile
Shows your name, email and profile picture. Click Edit to change them: that opens your account settings, hosted by Clerk, our sign-in provider, rather than an inline form on this tab.
Accounts
A connected account shows a status of Active or Disconnected.
Active means Linnx is syncing normally. Disconnected means LinkedIn has ended the session, usually after a password change or a security prompt on their side. A Reconnect button appears on the account row.
Reconnecting preserves everything. Categories, templates, snoozed chats and history are unaffected.
Categories
Three separate sets: chats, posts and connection requests. Linnx ships none of them.

Templates
Saved replies, inserted by typing / and the template’s tag in the composer.

Billing
Prices include tax.
Plan changes take effect immediately. Cancellation is available from this tab.
Refer a Friend
Your referral link and a record of who has used it.
Both parties receive a free month once the referred account has completed three months, or on their first annual invoice. There is no limit on referrals.
Closing your account
Closing an account removes your Linnx data. Your LinkedIn account is unaffected, and actions Linnx took while connected are not reversed on LinkedIn. Sent messages stay sent. Accepted connections stay accepted.
