Where they work

Bindings are registered across the app. They work from the inbox, the connections page, and anywhere else the action applies. A shortcut with nothing to act on does nothing.

Typing into a message, a search field or a category name field suspends single key bindings until you click away. E inside a reply is the letter E, not an archive.

Cmd / Ctrl + Z reverses an archive within 60 seconds of doing it. After 60 seconds the action can no longer be undone.

Undo steps backward one action at a time, most recent first. Everything you have done in the last 60 seconds stays reachable: archive two chats in a row and the first undo restores the second, the next undo restores the first.

Accepting and rejecting

M and N work on the connections page only. They are the only bindings that reach LinkedIn. Every other binding changes something inside Linnx.

Both act on the selected request and advance to the next one.

Templates

A template is a saved reply. Create and manage them under Profile → Templates.

Inserting one

Type / followed by the template’s tag in the composer. A template tagged intro is inserted by typing /intro.

A template can have more than one tag, so the same text can be reached by more than one shorthand. Tags accept lowercase letters and numbers, up to 20 characters.

Placeholders

Three placeholders fill from the person you are replying to:

A template reading Hey {name}, great to connect! inserts as “Hey Sarah, great to connect!”

Limits

A template can be up to 1,000 characters.

Inserting a template fills the composer and nothing else. Nothing is sent until you send it.

Templates and your AI client

Your AI client can draft replies into the composer through the MCP connector. It cannot send them.
